The items in our store are made by women and children at the Ray of Hope Widow and Orphan Center. All of the proceeds from these sales are transferred directly to the center. The funds have been used to help some of the widows start small businesses that help them support their families. The money is also used to pay high school tuition for some of the orphans. The center is only permitted to educate the children through grade school. After that, if they are to further their education, it is through government-run high school. Without a way to pay tuition, these orphans could not complete their education.
